The Be a Santa program gives communities the chance to brighten the holidays for a specific segment of society that is sometimes overlooked. Since it began in 2003, Be a Santa has served more than 700-thousand Seniors across the country. Some seniors live on their own, or are far from family, and they find the holidays to be a lonely time. Home Instead Senior Care in Abilene is organizing local participation.
Be a Santa to a Senior trees can be found at the following locations:
- Barnes & Williams Drug Center 701 Hickory Street
- Barnes & Williams Drug Center #2 4601 S. 14th Street

The deadline is December 16th. For more information about the program, visit BeaSantatoaSenior.com or call 325-670-9610.
