Lynn Beard candidate for Abilene City Council Place Two

Lynn Beard is one of two candidates who filed to run for the Place Two seat on Abilene's City Council, left open by Jack Rentz.  Beard is a retired Abilene Police officer, who now runs Abilene Aero.  He says his combined experience of serving in the community and running a small business give him a background that is well suited to the roll of city council member.  KACU's Allie Jones spoke with Beard about his candidacy and his vision for Abilene.
