The Hope Fund by Hendrick Health held their annual Bunco for Breast Cancer fundraising event at the Taylor County Expo Center Tuesday with the theme of Prom Night, supporters arrived in formal attire, pink skirts, and even crowns and sashes.
The event, which was setup by Rylie Reeves, offered a silent action, bunco, and a coin game to benefit the Hope Fund. Reeves says the annual event is fun, but accomplishes important work, “So we hope to get around eighty thousand dollars from the event in total, but we’re just hoping to get donations to the Hope Fund to help more people in our community.”
Hendrick Health formed the Hope Fund in 2001, to provide access to mammograms for all women.
