The Cook Political Report has described Texas’s 19th Congressional District as the 9th most Republican district in the U.S. Seven men are vying to become the party’s nominee in the 2026 general election. There’s a good chance we’ll have a run off for the top-two candidates.
Jason Corley is among the candidates who have gotten onto the Republican ballot for TX-19. Corley is a Lubbock businessman with a history in oil and gas. He currently holds a local office within District 19. Corley has served as a Lubbock County Commissioner since 2019. KTTZ’s Brad Burt discussed the issues with Corley for our series.
