A Black history Moment: The Life of Claudie C. Royals Told by His Son Michael
Claudie C Royals was an activist in the City of Abilene. He always fought for those who needed the most help. During his lifetime he helped many people. He made the establishment uncomfortable at times. However since his death he is one of only three individuals that have a day recognized in his honor, he also has a street named after him that leads into the community in which he lived.

Linda Gray, Federal Grant Specialist Discusses the SBA Navigator Program
This episode is about the power of collaboration. It highlights the joint efforts of the City of Abilene, Abilene Black Chamber of Commerce, the Abilene Chamber of Commerce and other Stakeholders in securing a grant through the SBA Community Navigator Program. There were 847 applications for this program nationwide and only 53 cities received it.
