Abilene talent performs with Los Tigres del Norte

Dancers from Abilene traveled to Grand Prairie last weekend to perform with Los Tigres del Norte for their sold-out show at the Texas Trust CU Theatre.

The Anastasia Flores Dance Company based in Arlington invited Abilene talent from the Ballet Folklorico de Alvaro Munoz Academy to join them on stage for the show. Dancers from Abilene included Mateo Valdez, Jacob Stokes, Alvaro Munoz, Aida Pantoja, Julissa Ruiz, Anika Bradshaw, Isabel Cerna, and Lily Arrazola.

Alvaro Munoz, Director of the Ballet Folklorico de Alvaro Munoz Academy said he was grateful for the opportunity, "Performing for Los Tigres del Norte was a wonderful and amazing experience. So truly honored and humbled that Ballet Folklorico de Alvaro Munoz Academy got to experience this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity."

Los Tigres Del Norte sold out the 6,350-seat theatre.
