The Place Six City Council race has two candidates this year. Travis Craver is running for a third term, and Tammy Fogle is challenging him. Fogle has never run for office before but has been an active participant in school board and city council meetings. Fogle is a Hardin Simmons graduate and has been living in Abilene for 32 years.
