State-operated facilities had a staff of 35,000 employees and a budget of $3,287,273,079.The Community Corrections SystemAs of December 31, 2019, Texas's community corrections population was 367,753 under probation and 109,159 under parole.The data is from the Texas 2019/National Institute of Corrections.Andre highlights what his program does to help those coming home.
