Join us for the 2025 Annual Senior Wellness Expo Carnival Extravaganza

Brought to you by the City of Abilene Parks and Recreation Senior Services Division

The City of Abilene Parks and Recreation Senior Services Division is hosting our 2025 Annual Senior Wellness Expo. This event provides an opportunity for regional organizations to get in front of hundreds of senior citizens in their community to provide valuable information regarding the services that they provide. Decorate your booth & include your favorite carnival game or activity. Vendor space is now available. Spaces are limited & will sell out! Vendors must complete a Vendor Commitment Form & submit in person at our office. Payment is due at time of registration. Space will not be saved until payment. Classroom & dining room booths will be distributed on a first come basis. Vendor Commitment Forms are available at the Rose Park Senior Center Office. Don't wait, sign up now get valuable information to hundreds of senior citizens regarding your services! Get creative and decorate your booth. The best decorated booth in keeping with our theme will win Best Decorated Booth! This year's theme is "Carnival Extravaganza!"

Vendor Booths

Vendor Bingo

• Start Time: 12:00 PM (Vendors may begin taking down their booths at this time)
• $15 Gift: Vendors must provide a non-promotional bingo gift valued at $15 (bring to booth setup on September 22, 2025)
• Promotion: Vendors are welcome to attach a business card & pamphlet
• How to Play: Upon arrival, seniors will be given a card that must be signed by all vendors in order for them to participate in Vendor Bingo

How to Register Your Vendor Booth
