West Texans for Life 7th Annual “Dependence” Day
West Texans for Life 7th Annual “Dependence” Day
July 3 is “Dependence” Day in Abilene! On Friday, July 3rd, West Texans for Life invites everyone to join their 7th annual "Dependence” Day to celebrate and acknowledge dependence on God.
This “Dependence” Day event will be held from 3pm - 9pm at Nelson Park Festival Gardens, 2070 Zoo Lane Abilene, TX 79602.
The get together will include: free hamburgers, cheeseburgers and hot dogs! As well as free chips, soft drinks, water and ice cream! In addition, there will be games and prizes for all … regardless of age.
There will also be frisbees, beach balls, and other gifts for kids and adults ... all completely free!
This event reflects the words Jesus said to His apostles: “Without cost you have received, without cost you are to give.” (Matthew 10:8)
So, grab your family and friends, sunscreen, lawn chairs, blankets, and umbrellas and head on over to Nelson Park Festival Gardens on Friday, July 3rd, from 3pm-9pm for lots of good food and “family friendly” fun ... while celebrating and acknowledging individual and national dependence on God.
