Write-in candidate Chad Clark filed to run for mayor one day before applications closed, due to complications with his filing process. He recently retired from 20 years of service in the United States Air Force and says he’s running because Anthony Williams’ open mayoral seat seemed like a good opportunity to continue serving and helping people.
