Blaise Regan is one of the candidates hoping to replace Donna Albus in Abilene’s Place 3 City Council seat. Regan is an estate and business lawyer as well as the former co-owner of Six Brothers Brewery here in Abilene. He has been on the board of the Boys and Girls Club and on the Parish Council for Holy Family Catholic Church. And while he hasn’t run for office before, he was the treasurer for Cory Clements’ city council campaign in 2019.
